Week 1, Day 4 - Extra Easy Day

Great food optimising day for me as weekends are usually the worst for me :-)

Wholemeal Bread x 2 (Healthy Extra B)
Margerine (2 Syns)
250ml Semi Skimmed Milk (Healthy Extra A)

Snack

Satsuma
Apple
Weight Watchers Chocolate and Vanilla Mousse (4 Syns)

Lunch

Savoury Chicken Rice
Weight Watchers Creamed Rice (5.5 Syns)

Tea

Extra Lean Steak Mince and Onions
Boiled Potatoes
Carrotts
Diet Iron Bru x 3

TOTAL SYNS = 11.5
