Week 5, Day 6 & 7 and Week 6, Day 1 & 2

I have been so ill for the last few days and have not been eating properly, I havent been eating badly just not much at all. I havent kept a blog for these days but I really hope I can get back on track. I missed my weigh in too which I hate doing. Onwards and upwards!!

Bad day today due to change in my medication from the doctor, woke up in agony so did not manage to eat much. Also went to a birthday party in the evening but did not drink :-) I am hoping this day does not effect my weight loss too much.

Well today was the day and as predicted I put on 3lb :-( Absolutely gutted as it was something beyond my control. This is the second day on my tablets now so fingers crossed they start to work as I have worked so hard for my weight loss. Been really fed up since I weighed in but I now need to be positive and start a new week.
