I have been so ill for the last few days and have not been eating properly, I havent been eating badly just not much at all. I havent kept a blog for these days but I really hope I can get back on track. I missed my weigh in too which I hate doing. Onwards and upwards!!

Week 2, Weigh In Day!
Well I have been to class and..................... LOST 5LBS!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!
Totally over the moon with that and has given me just the boost I needed to stay on track :-)
LOSS TONIGHT = 5lbs
TOTAL LOSS = 1 Stone 5lbs
Only 2lb to go till my stone and a half award and I am determined to get that this week! Also would like to say good luck to my pal Jenni who joined tonight :-)
