Week 6 - weigh in day
Well after missing class last week and being ill I went back to class tonight. I put on 3.5 pounds, it could have been much worse! Back on the plan and fresh start and back to my blog writing :-)

I have been so ill for the last few days and have not been eating properly, I havent been eating badly just not much at all. I havent kept a blog for these days but I really hope I can get back on track. I missed my weigh in too which I hate doing. Onwards and upwards!!

Totally over the moon with that and has given me just the boost I needed to stay on track :-)

Only 2lb to go till my stone and a half award and I am determined to get that this week! Also would like to say good luck to my pal Jenni who joined tonight :-)

A Fresh Start, welcome to my blog
Welcome to my blog, for those who dont know me I am Kate, a 29 year old living in Dundee.
I have decided to start this blog for two reasons, 1) to motivate myself and 2) to hopefully help others that are in the same situation, dealing with the dreaded weight loss!
I have been overweight for as long as I can remember and have finally decided to do something about it. I have joined my local Slimming World class and have so far managed to lose 12lbs but have a very long way to go. To keep me motivated I am going to blog everyday to show my highs and lows and progress and what I am eating to achieve this. The Slimming World plan is fantastic, it definitely does not feel like a diet more an eating plan for life and I am so far really enjoying it.
I hope that someone enjoys reading this if not sorry for boring you but if anything it will keep me on the straight and narrow.
